Based on the public announcement dated April 20, 2018, notice is hereby given that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process against RTIL Limited w.e.f. April 6, 2017 (vide its order dt. April 10, 2018).

The creditors of RTIL Limited are hereby called upon to submit a proof of their claims on or before May 3, 2018 in the prescribed forms, to the Interim Resolution Professional at the address given below:

The operational creditors (including workmen and employees) and statutory authorities may submit their proof of claims in person, by post or through electronic means.

Submission of false or misleading proofs of claim shall attract penalties.

The same can be filled manually and submitted along with relevant documentary proof and supporting to the address mentioned above by post, in person or by sending an email of the scanned copy of the same.

We suggest you to follow the first option and submit the forms online, to assist in efficient coordination and correspondence in regard to the claims.
