Public Announcement: RTIL LIMITED FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE CREDITORS OF RTIL LIMITED Based on the public announcement dated April 20, 2018, notice is hereby given that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process against RTIL Limited w.e.f. April 6, 2017 (vide its order dt. April 10, 2018).     1. PHYSICAL SUBMISSION
The forms can be downloaded from the website http://ibbi.gov.in/ (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India). The same can be filled manually and submitted along with relevant documentary proof and supporting to the address mentioned above by post, in person or by sending an email of the scanned copy of the same. We suggest you to follow the first option and submit the forms online, to assist in efficient coordination and correspondence in regard to the claims.
